Between us, we have extensive branding and communications experience across every sort of sector and many different disciplines. What unites us is the belief that communications and brands should be used to do some good in the world. Our team is led by our senior staff below:
Nick's the co-founder and Managing Director of Neo. He's the person who makes sure the best people and processes are in place to deliver great work on time and on budget. Nick also takes a hands-on role in the project management of brand and communication work at Neo. With years of business and communications experience, it's something he's pretty good at.
Nicole takes the lead on all client work, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of projects to their relative goals. She will advise on brand strategy and developing brand awareness and oversee the day-to-day management of client relationships.
She is a senior strategic account director and consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering award winning creative campaigns across all media.
Charlie leads our digital strategy. A brand specialist with over 10 years’ online experience he is a conceptual thinker who excels in planning for web and social media.
An experienced content and editorial strategist he specialises in helping organisations make the move to publishing editorial content on the web. Charlie steers our digital communications campaigns for clients on both an international and national level.
Emmie is our creative strategist who takes the lead on brand strategy, creative and copy at Neo. She is responsible for making creative ideas and strategy work seamlessly together.
With a strong background in copywriting and creative development, Emmie has the industry insight and know-how to create strong, distinctive and coherent brands.
Sarah leads on the online delivery of our projects, using her strong design skills and web savvy to create stand-out, contemporary sites.
Sarah works closely with clients to find the best, most sustainable design solutions for their brand across a range of channels. With over 12 years’ experience, Sarah takes the lead on lead on digital planning, design and production; rollout, user experience planning, information architecture (IA), social media management.
Becky joined Neo when she graduated as a graphic designer 3 years ago and in that time she has applied her creative flair to transforming client briefs into outstanding creative concepts.
She has developed a strong portfolio across both online and offline campaigns for NGOs, charities and social enterprises. Becky is particularly skilled at conceptual thinking, finding new and interesting themes and working with our design team to bring them to life.
Lucy co-ordinates creative projects and helps with new business development. She's brilliant at developing and managing relationships. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly manner ensure communications flow smoothly between Neo and all our clients, suppliers and partners.
Before joining the Neo team, Lucy worked with publishing houses, advertising agencies, communications consultancies in the UK, Europe and New Zealand for private and public sector clients. In New Zealand she managed the MoneyPACIFIC brand campaign to help improve financial literacy. Back in the UK she was recently involved in winning a pitch for Doctors Without Boarders UK funding animation campaign, for a Brighton based creative digital agency.
