Mel Postma is an award-winning storyteller who builds brave, mission-driven brands that shift culture and deliver results. With 20+ years of experience as a creative and copy director, she helps organisations shake up services through values-led, commercially effective brand strategy, verbal identity and multi-channel storytelling.
Her writing career began as a playwright, before moving into brand and activism under the mentorship of Dame Anita Roddick. As part of her Creative Greenhouse, the in-house advertising and creative agency for The Body Shop International, Mel shaped global campaigns, law-changing values work, ethical product innovation and founder communications – including speeches, books, press and films.
