Zoë Hazelden

Designer & creative consultant

Zoë is an award-winning art director and designer with more than 20 years’ experience collaborating with organisations and brands that want to do good things. Her work spans strategy, art direction, and values-driven design and film. She helps organisations — from artisan start-ups to global campaigns and certified B Corps — communicate clearly, act responsibly and build trust.

She cut her creative teeth under the mentorship of Dame Anita Roddick at The Body Shop International, contributing to values-led campaigns, new product development, activist storytelling and early sustainability initiatives long before B Corp was a thing. This formative experience shaped her belief that business can be both commercially successful and socially progressive.

In her own words
Bold, brave, no mediocrity. I’ve made a personal decision to work only with people and organisations I genuinely believe in, doing meaningful things and aiming for not just great, but extraordinary work.
